WARRANTY
All our watches come with a 2-year seller warranty, which does not affect your statutory rights.
Please Note: To validate your warranty with us, the original invoice receipt issued with the watch is required.
What is covered in the warranty
- Mechanism (watch movement)
- Watch face and hands inside the dial
Not covered in the warranty
The following parts are covered for only 60 days due to wear and tear. After 60 days, they are not covered:
- Watch strap
- Winder and other chrono buttons
- Crystals/Gemstones on the exterior
- Glass scratches or breakages
- Battery
- Damage from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Water damage unless marked water-resistant (Please be aware of the ATM ratings)
Advice on Water Resistance:
Manufacturers have their own water-resistant recommendations. Below are some general guidelines:
- 3 ATM or 30 Meters – Splash, rain, little water exposure
- 5 ATM or 50 Meters – Brief immersion in still water, wash face
- 10 ATM or 100 Meters – Bathing, swimming, snorkeling
- 20 ATM or 200 Meters – Scuba diving
