We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours on working days. For shipping within the United Kingdom, we utilize Royal Mail, Yodel, and DPD tracked services. Customers can expect to receive their orders within 1-3 working days.
We offer all our customers a 30-day return policy, provided the products are unused and retain their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at help@watchwhiz.co.uk with your order number and full address, and our return team will contact you.
You have the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched (tracking number issued). After receiving the product, you can still return it for an exchange or a full refund. To cancel your order, please email us at help@watchwhiz.co.uk with your full name, order number, and delivery address.
